MORE THAN 15,000 PEOPLE VISITED ULVERSTON FOR THE LATEST TASTE CUMBRIA
More than 15,000 people visited Ulverston for the latest Taste Cumbria food festival in the town.
The streets were packed with smiley people as they ate, drank and shopped in the sunshine – and even a late afternoon deluge on the Saturday of the event didn’t dampen anyone’s spirits.

The county's finest food, cooking demonstrations and entertainment will be brought to the town centre on July 22 and 23.

Lots of laughs and a little fine dining are being planned to enhance the experience for visitors to this year’s Taste Cumbria Ulverston event.
The popular food festival returns to the town on Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 May.
NEW TASTE CUMBRIA EVENT A HUGE SUCCESS
TASTE Cumbria's newest event in Kirkby Lonsdale has been deemed a huge success - and now attention turns to the Spring bank holiday festival.
The popular programme celebrating the best in the county's food and drink producers, held in association with Cumbria Life magazine, has expanded in 2017, visiting Kirkby Lonsdale for the first time over the Easter weekend.
